Our favorite part of this home is its location to the mountain cliffs and its climate. This home will impress you with its mountain cliff and waterfall views, especially during the wet season. You can see up to 4 to 6 falls on the mountain then. The property is surrounded by trees, including some growing fruit trees like banana, citrus, and apple trees. There is plenty of fertile soil and room to plant more. The property borders a river at the bottom of the property, as well as a spring on it.
This home is located on a private road with a gated entrance. When you first drive-in, there is a flat area where you can add a pool if you wish too. The property also includes a separate work bodega, which could easily be transformed into additional living space. If you wanted to, you could renovate the cabin and rent it out or have it for guests.
The property is only five minutes away from the Tinamastes organic market, the second-largest organic market in the country.
