The resort is comprised of 2 two story buildings plus a building for the front desk and employees quarters. Accommodations include: six ocean view junior suites, four ocean view studios and eight standard rooms with pool / garden views. The junior suites include living rooms, full kitchens, dining rooms and two balconies/patios. All of the rooms have A/C, large flat screen TVs, SKY satellite service, free Wi-Fi, ceiling fans, safes, refrigerators, kitchen appliances, microwaves, coffee makers and quality furnishings. The grounds are meticulously landscaped and include a large pool with Jacuzzi, bar, an outdoor grill and a poolside bathroom. This is a quiet and peaceful beachfront hotel. Awesome prices for beachfront and you literally get a huge beach to yourself with beautiful sunsets. It's super close to Manuel Antonio for day trips, but way cheaper and nicer rooms for the cost. I love staying here with the comfy rooms with large living areas.

This hidden gem is strategically located between Jaco and Manuel Antonio. The secluded beach as everyone has mentioned is beyond spectacular with amazing sunsets and warm, sandy beach within steps from the front door.

We travelled through Costa Rica for two weeks and stayed in four different places while we were there. This place fulfills the fantasy one has of complete relaxing at the beach. The hotel is off the beaten path on a dirt road that runs right along the ocean beach. Swaying palm trees, beautiful deep sand beach right outside the door of the beautiful and fully equipped junior suite. The rooms were clean, air conditioned and spacious.

The property is situated on 2.9 acres of "maritime zone" land and is one of the few concession properties permitted to operate a beachfront hotel in the area. The concession is similar to other hotel concessions such as the Four Seasons located in Guanacaste (Northern Costa Rica). The concession was originally granted in November 2004 for a 20 year term and it is renewable for equivalent terms. The business is part of the ICE Solar Panel Pilot Program and will be able to run 100% of the hotel's electric needs while still being tied to the power grid.
