The house is adorned with all natural stone, slate, and granite throughout. Stained glass windows and Costa Rican art are seen throughout the house. The furniture was custom built for the home by local artisans. All new window and doors were installed last year. Feel the ocean breezes come through the house. With the new windows and screens, the house stays well ventilated.

There is one full bedroom with an en-suite bath on the first floor facing the mountainside. There are 5 bedrooms on the second floor with 2 gorgeous ocean view rooms and 3 are lush jungle mountain view rooms. One of these with en-suite bath. An upper floor is a separate unit with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that has just been remodeled and begun generating income.

There is nothing quite like opening your glass sliding doors and walking right onto the beach. This unique house is unlike any house you've ever seen.
