Located within one mile of Playa Dominical, this luxury ocean view home allows for easy access to the town without having to drive on the highway! Within minutes you can be on the beach or enjoying the restaurants, markets and other attractions in Dominical. Due to the easy access this home is also a successful vacation rental. With three levels of luxury finishings, fine wood craftsmanship, and a massive pool, this home was built to entertain.

This home is located in a private gated community consisting of less than twenty lots. Much of the development is in thick jungle. The low density living allows for more privacy to enjoy the many species of wildlife that visit daily.

In total the home has four bedrooms on the three floors of living space. The first level was designed to entertain by the pool. This area consists of a complete kitchen, a big bar, a full sized bathroom, a laundry room and a big living room with sliding glass doors that lead out to the pool. There is a full size murphy bed that allows this to be a private living space. This area has a separate entrance than the remaining two floors and has been used as a BnB studio apartment. The second level has a driveway and direct access so you don't have to use stairs when bringing in groceries and supplies. This floor has the main kitchen, big dining room, bedroom, full bathroom and dramatic ocean views. The kitchen has custom granite countertops, a large gas stove, dishwasher, custom Guanacaste cabinetry and a large walk in pantry for additional storage.

The third level has the master bedroom, bathroom, and a large custom yoga deck with vaulted Teak ceilings. Although there are energy efficient AC units throughout the house, the high ceilings and large windows allow plenty of airflow for comfortable living temperatures without the necessity of AC. Above the master, and accessed by a custom wood stair set, is a loft complete with its own bathroom and covered deck. The deck is small, private and equipped with hammock hooks.

The entire house has custom countertops, finely crafted woodwork, and finishings adding detail and style to this luxury home. Outside of the home are many tropical fruiting trees, and thick jungle that is frequented by monkeys, toucans, and other species of local wildlife.
